ECOWAS Commission holds high-level discussion with President Mahama

The Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), H.E. Dr. Omar Alieu Touray, President of the ECOWAS Commission has paid a courtesy call on President John Dramani Mahama at the Jubilee House in Accra.
