MTN
SA Foundation, in partnership with Learning and Development and MTN Pulse, has
invested R2.5 million in the 2024 MTN Enactus Digital Innovation Challenge.
This initiative aims to empower students to develop digital services that
address socio-economic issues in education, agriculture, and health.
The
Enactus National Exposition saw a day of knowledge sharing, followed by a
rigorous judging process to select the top 15 university teams to participate
in the challenge. The University of the Western Cape emerged as the winner of
the exposition, showcasing exceptional entrepreneurial spirit and innovation.
The
MTN Enactus Digital Innovation Challenge seeks to harness the potential of
young minds to create sustainable solutions for societal challenges. With MTN
SA Foundation's investment, these students will have the resources and support
to bring their ideas to life.
The
15 selected teams will receive mentorship, training, and funding to develop
their projects, with the ultimate goal of creating a lasting impact in their
communities.
