The Delegate Minister
in Charge of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform, Ghita Mezzour has launched a call for expressions of interest
for support actors to participate in the "startup venture building"
offer.
The initiative
aims to provide Moroccan startups with the necessary support and financial
resources to thrive in the global market.
The launch ceremony, held at the
Ministry's headquarters in Rabat, was attended by prominent figures, including
Khalid Safir, Director General of the Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion, and Hicham
Zanati Serghini, Director General of the National Company for Guarantee and
Financing of the Company.
The call for
expressions of interest is open to both national and international operators,
including incubators and accelerators. This initiative is part of the national
strategy "Digital Morocco 2030," approved by His Majesty the King.
Digital Morocco
2030 focuses on providing incentives to facilitate startups' access to global
markets, strengthening local incubators, and promoting Moroccan startups
internationally. The vision is in line with His Majesty King Mohammed VI's call
for establishing technical infrastructures that keep pace with the rapid
developments in the digital sector.
