Morocco's
Minister of Digital Transition and Administration Reform, Madame Amal El Fallah
Seghrouchni has held a working meeting with His Excellency Dr. Sami bin
Abdullah bin Othman Al-Saleh, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to
Morocco.
The
meeting which took place at the ministry's headquarters in Rabat highlighted
the shared commitment of both nations to advance collaboration in key areas
such as artificial intelligence (AI), digital transformation, and
administrative reform.
It
also emphasized the importance of fostering innovation and leveraging emerging
technologies to drive socioeconomic development in both countries. Minister El
Fallah Seghrouchni and Ambassador Al-Saleh explored strategies to deepen
cooperation in these fields, aiming to build on their shared vision for
modernization and technological advancement.
Both
parties also reflected on the profound and enduring ties between Morocco and
Saudi Arabia, a bond that has grown stronger under the leadership of His
Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist him, and the Custodian of the Two Holy
Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. The leaders' vision has inspired a
renewed vigor in bilateral relations, paving the way for strategic initiatives
and collaborative efforts across multiple domains.
The
meeting underscored the importance of joint ventures and knowledge exchange in
harnessing the transformative potential of AI and digital tools. By
prioritizing these areas, both Morocco and Saudi Arabia reaffirm their
commitment to building future-ready societies, empowered by technology and
strengthened by mutual respect and cooperation.
