Governor
Maura Healey and Ambassador Jesper Møller Sørensen signed a partnership
agreement today to strengthen collaboration between Denmark and Massachusetts,
with a focus on advancing innovation across multiple sectors.

The
agreement targets key areas including life sciences and healthcare,
biomanufacturing, advanced manufacturing, public-private partnerships,
robotics, and artificial intelligence. By combining Denmark’s decades of
expertise in life sciences and collaborative governance with Massachusetts’
world-leading innovation ecosystem, the partnership aims to foster
transatlantic cooperation and drive shared economic and technological growth.

The
initiative is expected to enhance opportunities for research, industrial
development, and public-private collaboration, benefiting both Denmark and
Massachusetts while reinforcing their positions as leaders in innovation and
advanced technologies.
