The
Tech Diplomacy Global Institute has signed a Memorandum of Understanding at the
World Governments Summit 2026 in Dubai to launch the Global 5X AI Impact
Accelerator Program, signalling a shift from policy dialogue to execution in
responsible artificial intelligence implementation.

The
agreement was signed by H.E. Dr. Huda Al Hashimi, Deputy Minister of Cabinet
Affairs for Strategic Affairs of the United Arab Emirates, Ayumi Moore Aoki,
Founder and President of the Tech Diplomacy Global Institute, and Dr. Rachel
Adams, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Global Center on AI
Governance. The MoU establishes a long-term partnership focused on delivering
practical, cross-border AI initiatives.
Under
the partnership, the UAE Government, the Tech Diplomacy Global Institute, and
the Global Center on AI Governance will collaborate to accelerate
multi-stakeholder AI projects designed to deliver measurable public value. The
initiative places emphasis on trust, accountability, and outcomes-driven
implementation across sectors including sustainability, health, education,
social development, and livability.

The
Global 5X AI Impact Accelerator is anchored in the UAE Government Accelerators’
100-day delivery methodology, which is aimed at converting responsible AI
commitments into real-world solutions while strengthening institutional
capacity and AI governance ecosystems at national and global levels.
The
Institute acknowledged the contributions of Dr. Radheya AlHashmi and Sarah
Dagher Al Feghali in supporting the establishment of the partnership, which
marks a significant step in advancing execution-focused international
cooperation on responsible AI.
