Telecel
Faso has presented its new catalogue of commercial offers during a press
luncheon held at the Azalaï Hotel, bringing together consumer associations and
media professionals for direct engagement and dialogue.
The
event, chaired by Telecel Faso’s Deputy General Manager, Jonathan Compaoré,
provided a platform to outline the company’s renewed value proposition built
around listening, transparency, proximity and commitment to customers. The
discussions formed part of Telecel Faso’s broader effort to align its services
more closely with the real needs and expectations of subscribers across Burkina
Faso.

During
the session, the company introduced a range of innovations under its “Offer
Plus” strategy, aimed at improving affordability, flexibility and user
experience. These include a single national call tariff of 1.6 CFA francs per
second across all networks, bonuses and SMS usable on all networks, permanent
recharge bonuses without subscription, and more flexible internet bundles with
validity extended to 30 days for data volumes above 1 GB. Telecel Faso also
announced a reduction in the cost of data by up to 50 percent, the introduction
of grace periods after expiration to reactivate bonuses and packages, and more
generous data allocations tailored to current usage patterns.

Representatives
of consumer associations welcomed the initiative and used the opportunity to
share constructive recommendations, particularly on service quality and
nationwide accessibility. Telecel Faso acknowledged the feedback and confirmed
that several actions are already underway, with additional measures in
preparation to address these concerns.
The
company reiterated its commitment to sustaining regular dialogue with
stakeholders in a spirit of co-construction and proximity. As a fully
Burkinabè-owned operator, Telecel Faso stated that it remains committed to
working alongside public authorities and consumers to support an inclusive,
prosperous and digitally sovereign future for Burkina Faso.
