Minister
of Digital Transition and Technological Innovation, Djibril Ouattara, was
honored at the Gala Dinner marking the 20th anniversary of the Order of
Engineers and Industrialists of Côte d’Ivoire (OIICI. The distinction
recognizes his sustained commitment to advancing digital transformation,
technological innovation, and industrial development in the country.

The
OIICI lauded Minister Ouattara for his strategic vision in digital technology,
effective management of complex organizations, and concrete initiatives to
strengthen Côte d’Ivoire’s digital ecosystem, foster local innovation, and
develop the nation’s technical and industrial talent.

With
over 30 years of experience in telecommunications and an MBA from MIT, Minister
Ouattara continues to pursue his mission of positioning Côte d’Ivoire as a
leading digital hub in Africa. The recognition serves as both an acknowledgment
of his achievements and a motivation for the Ministry to drive inclusive,
sustainable, and innovative development.
