The Communications Authority of Kenya (CA) is participating in the GSMA Africa Workshop on Driving Digital Inclusion held in Nairobi.

The workshop brings together policymakers, regulators and industry stakeholders to examine strategies for expanding access to reliable and affordable digital connectivity across Kenya and the wider region.

Discussions at the event are focused on the role of effective spectrum management, progressive licensing frameworks and sustained investment in ICT infrastructure in accelerating universal broadband access.

Participants are also exploring how the expansion of 4G and 5G networks can support digital transformation across key sectors, including digital government services, e-commerce, financial inclusion and innovation.
