New
Leaf Technologies will host the Learning Indaba 2026 on 12 March at the
Randpark Golf Club in Randburg, South Africa, bringing global learning and
development insights to African organisations. The flagship conference will
focus on technologies, trends, and strategies transforming workplace learning,
with free online access available for the main sessions.

The
event is expected to attract delegates from the learning, HR, and
organisational development sectors. It will explore the future of learning in a
rapidly changing technological landscape, highlighting AI-powered learning
solutions, digital strategy, workforce skills development, performance
management, and human-centred learning design. International experts Eva
Spekman and Robbert Ladan from aNewSpring will demonstrate how modern learning
technologies deliver measurable performance improvements, while UK eLearning
specialist Jonathan Hill will show how storytelling can enhance digital
learning experiences.

Attendees
will benefit from client-led sessions, hands-on workshops, and dedicated
afternoon breakaway tracks covering L&D innovation, advanced Articulate
Storyline techniques, and HR solutions. In-person delegates will also
participate in a networking lunch and conclude the day with a Learning Indaba
Cocktail Party to encourage collaboration.

Africa’s learning industry and provide organisations with practical insights on
