Orange
Sierra Leone has participated in the 7th Consumer Parliament organised by the
National Telecommunications Consumers Advocacy (NATCA) at the Kenema City
Council Hall, bringing together key stakeholders in the telecommunications
sector to deliberate on consumer issues and service delivery improvements.
The
forum convened consumers, regulators, Members of Parliament, telecommunications
operators, consumer protection agencies and industry stakeholders to discuss
challenges and opportunities within Sierra Leone’s digital and
telecommunications ecosystem.
The
event was attended by the Leader of Government Business, Hon. Mathew Sahr
Nyuma, while the keynote address was delivered by the Minister of
Communication, Technology and Innovation, Hon. Salima Monorma Bah. The Director
General of the National Communications Authority, Amara Brewah, was also
present alongside senior executives from Orange Sierra Leone.

During
the proceedings, Alpha Bundu delivered a statement on behalf of the Chief
Executive Officer of Orange Sierra Leone, Madam Aicha Touré, highlighting the
company’s commitment to improving customer experience and advancing digital
inclusion.
The
Consumer Parliament served as a platform for dialogue and collaboration aimed
at strengthening consumer protection, improving quality of service, and
enhancing connectivity across the country.
Orange
Sierra Leone reaffirmed its commitment to listening to customers and delivering
innovative telecommunications solutions that support accelerated growth for
individuals, businesses and communities nationwide.
