Orange Sierra Leone Chief Executive, Officer Aicha Touré has reaffirmed the company's commitment to customer engagement and operational excellence following a nationwide field tour that took her across several regions of the country.

The visit covered Freetown, Waterloo, Port Loko, Kono, Makeni, Kenema and Bo, where Touré met with employees, customers, business partners and local leaders to gather firsthand insights into the company's operations and identify opportunities for improvement.

According to the CEO, direct engagement with stakeholders remains essential to informed decision-making and continuous service improvement. She noted that interactions with communities and frontline teams provide valuable perspectives that help shape the company's business strategy.
