US-based company InteLogix
has inaugurated a new centre in Cairo, marking the start of its operations in
Egypt and strengthening its capacity to serve customers across the United
States and Europe.
The new centre was
officially opened by Ahmed Elzaher, alongside Mario Baddour, CEO and President
of InteLogix, and Tarek Zidan, VP Delivery – EMEA and Managing Director of
InteLogix Egypt.
The investment reflects the
growing depth of Egypt’s offshoring industry, supported by a large, highly
skilled and multilingual talent pool that continues to attract global
investors.
According to Elzaher,
Egypt’s talent base remains a key asset and one of the strongest factors
supporting the country’s appeal to international companies seeking to establish
or expand global delivery operations.
The acquisition of Athear by
InteLogix also highlights the diversity of opportunities emerging within
Egypt’s offshoring sector and points to the growing maturity of the country’s
delivery ecosystem.
The development creates
opportunities for international investors to enter or expand their presence in
Egypt, while also enabling Egyptian companies to scale their operations,
attract investment and connect with global delivery networks.
InteLogix’s new Cairo centre
is expected to support the company’s growing operations and its delivery of
services to customers across the US and Europe.
Elzaher said there is a
commitment to supporting InteLogix as it expands its Egypt operations and
contributes to the continued development of the country’s global delivery
capabilities.
