RwandAir has been named Best
Airline Staff in Africa 2026 by Skytrax, recognising the airline’s employees
for their service, professionalism and commitment to passenger experience.
The Rwandan national carrier
announced the recognition in a statement thanking passengers for choosing the
airline and entrusting it with their journeys.
RwandAir also dedicated the
recognition to its staff, highlighting their contribution across flight
operations, ground services and passenger experience.
The airline said the award
reflects the warmth, professionalism and dedication demonstrated by its
employees in serving passengers.
RwandAir expressed
appreciation to its passengers for their continued trust and for giving the
airline the opportunity to connect travellers with Rwanda and other
destinations across its network.
