MTN Rwanda welcomed Senior Vice President Ebenezer Twum Asante to Rwanda for a market visit focused on
engaging customers, employees and other stakeholders and gaining first-hand
insights into the market.
The visit took Asante
outside the boardroom to meet MTN Rwanda’s people, engage with customers and
listen to their experiences while observing developments on the ground.
MTN Rwanda described the
engagement as a valuable learning experience for its leadership, highlighting
the importance of listening, sharing experiences and learning from one another.
The company said the market
visit provided an opportunity to strengthen leadership, deepen understanding of
its markets and gain insights from direct engagement with customers and
employees.
MTN Rwanda also emphasised
the connection among its operations across different countries, describing its
employees as one Y’ello family driven by a shared purpose.
The company said such
engagements are important in strengthening its leadership and understanding of
the markets in which it operates.
