The Rwanda Information
Society Authority (RISA) has held discussions with a delegation from
Singapore-based ST Engineering on opportunities to advance Rwanda’s urban
development through technology solutions in urban mobility, traffic management
and digital infrastructure.
RISA Chief Executive Officer
Antoine Sebera welcomed the delegation, led by Charles Lee, Vice-President of
Global Sales for the Middle East and Africa, during the Rwanda-Singapore Trade
and Investment Mission.
During the engagement, the
delegation showcased ST Engineering’s technology solutions and highlighted
potential applications that could support Rwanda’s efforts to build more
connected, efficient and sustainable cities.
The discussions focused on
opportunities to apply technology to urban mobility, traffic management and
digital infrastructure as Rwanda continues to pursue its urban development
objectives.
