The Nigerian Communications

Salaries, Incomes and Wages Commission as part of efforts to strengthen
institutional relationships and promote collaboration.
The delegation was led by
NIGCOMSAT Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mrs Jane
Egerton-Idehen, alongside the Executive Director, Technical Services, Engr.
Abiodun Attah.
The delegation was received
by Hon. Ene Lillian Ogbole, Commissioner for Compensation, who represented the
Commission’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Major General Junaid Sani
Bindawa (Rtd), alongside other directors of the Commission.
According to NIGCOMSAT, the
visit provided an opportunity for both institutions to engage in strategic
discussions around shared institutional priorities, reinforcing the importance
of dialogue, mutual understanding and constructive engagement in advancing
organisational objectives.
“When institutions
collaborate, national progress moves from possibility to reality,” NIGCOMSAT
said.
The satellite operator noted
that strong institutions are built through strategic engagement, shared
priorities and partnerships that create lasting value.
“At NIGCOMSAT Limited, we
believe that building a stronger, more sustainable organisation begins with
showing up at the right tables, engaging the right stakeholders, and creating
opportunities for meaningful collaboration,” the company said.
NIGCOMSAT added that the
engagement reflects its deliberate commitment to building relationships with
key institutions, recognising that institutional growth and operational
sustainability are strengthened through collaboration.
