etisalat Egypt has become
the first operator in Egypt to partner with Salesforce, offering its solutions,
including Pro Suite and Slack, to local businesses with implementation services
and ongoing technical support.
Amr Fathy, Chief Technology
and Information Officer at etisalat Egypt, announced the partnership,
describing it as a milestone that brings world-class technology to local
businesses, backed by local expertise.
Through the partnership,
etisalat Egypt’s technology teams will help businesses integrate Salesforce
solutions into their existing systems and processes, making it easier to use
data effectively, streamline operations and bring artificial intelligence (AI)
into everyday workflows.
Fathy said the collaboration
combines Salesforce’s capabilities with etisalat Egypt’s local technical
expertise to help businesses make better use of their technology.
“By combining Salesforce’s
capabilities with our local technical expertise, we’re giving Egyptian
businesses the tools and support to work smarter and get more out of their
technology,” he said.
The partnership will provide
Egyptian businesses with access to Salesforce solutions supported by local
implementation and technical assistance, helping them integrate the technology
