MTN Nigeria has taken its
“Data on Trial” campaign to Abuja, bringing together consumers, content
creators, journalists and regulators to discuss data-related experiences and
issues affecting customers.
The engagement provided a
platform for participants to ask questions, share perspectives and engage in
meaningful discussions about their experiences with data and the issues shaping
customer interactions with the telecommunications operator.
Hosted by Nigerian media
personality Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, the session encouraged open dialogue and gave
participants the opportunity to raise questions and seek responses on issues
affecting their data experiences.
MTN Nigeria said the Abuja
engagement was aimed at creating space for conversations that matter to
customers while promoting a closer understanding of their concerns and
perspectives.
The company said it remained
committed to listening, engaging and addressing questions raised by customers,
adding that the conversation around data was far from over.
The Abuja session forms part
of MTN Nigeria's continued engagement with consumers and other stakeholders on
issues relating to data services and customer experiences.
