The Kenya Airports Authority PLC (KAA) has organised an executive leadership capacity-building session for its senior management team and regional airport managers as part of efforts to strengthen leadership and deliver excellence across its airport network.

The session was led by Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Moses Wekesa and facilitated by management consultant Sunny Bindra.

The programme brought together members of KAA's Executive Committee (ExCo) and regional airport managers responsible for overseeing the authority's headquarters and airport network.

According to the Kenya Airports Authority, the session provided an opportunity for its leaders to step back from day-to-day operations and reflect on their leadership approaches, building trust and getting the best from their teams.

Bindra has advised chief executives and boards for many years as a strategist, writer and educator. He is the founder of the Fast Forward leadership programme and has authored five books, the most recent being The X in CX, published in 2025.

The initiative forms part of KAA's efforts to invest in leadership development and strengthen management capacity to support excellence across its airport operations.
