Group Chief Commercial Officer (GCCO), Selorm Adadevoh has led a high-level
delegation from the MTN Group to MTN Cameroon as part of an ongoing visit tour.
The delegation includes Jerry J. Soko, General Manager for Commercial and
Operations in the SEAGHA VP region; Dr. Rajan Padayachee, General Manager for
Enterprise Transformation and Innovation; Londani Kwinda, Business Manager at
the GCCO Office; and Letsile Mahlangu, Business Manager for SEA.
Receiving
the delegation to her office, the CEO of MTN Cameroon, Mitwa Kaemba Ng’ambi warmly
welcomed the group and outlined MTN Cameroon's commercial priorities. Mr. Adadevoh
shared updates on new developments within the MTN Group, including a refreshed
vision for commercial excellence and innovative growth initiatives aimed at
driving sustainable value creation.
The
group held a two-day workshop, a central part of the visit brought together MTN
Cameroon’s executive leadership to delve into the Group’s Commercial Excellence
framework. Discussions centered on maintaining commercial health, enhancing
operational efficiency, and aligning strategies with MTN Group’s broader
objectives. Together, the teams identified and prioritized key objectives for
2025 to position MTN Cameroon as a leader in delivering exceptional commercial
performance and customer satisfaction.
Selorm
Adadevoh’s visit to Cameroon follows his recent stop in Uganda, where he was
met with a rousing welcome. During his time in Uganda, the GCCO engaged with
local leadership and stakeholders, sharing insights on MTN Group’s commercial
strategies and reinforcing the company’s commitment to excellence across all
markets.
