MTN Zambia’s Chief
Executive Officer, Bart Hofker, has taken the celebration of the MTN Customer Service
Week 2022 to another level as he shows up at the MTN Zambia East Park
Service Center to render service to loyal customers personally.
“Today, I spent time at
our MTN Zambia Service Center in East Park Mall, Lusaka, serving our customers
and experiencing, if only for a few hours, the job of our customer service
employees (Respect!). We had a few good laughs, too!” he confirmed on his Linkedin
social media wall.
According to a post on MTN
Zambia’s official LinkedIn platform, Mr. Hofker took time off to serve MTN
Zambia customers at East Park Service Center as a way of showing love for their
support and loyalty.
“By getting out there and
interacting with customers directly, the CEO is sending a strong message that
Zambia cares and values its customers,” it said.
Sharing his experience using
his personal Linkedin social media handle, the MTN Zambian CEO explained that
Customer Service is not a one-week affair. It continues all year round.
“But #CustomerServiceWeek helps to underline the importance of customer service and the
appreciation of our customers,” he emphasized.
This year’s MTN Customer
Service Week, themed “ No Us without U,” is aimed at appreciating the loyalty of
its teeming customers and partners of the brand for over 20 years of
partnership and commitment.
