The
ICT Authority has concluded its ICT Strategic Leadership to Sustainable
Transformation Programme, a capacity-building initiative aimed at strengthening
transformative leadership, systems thinking, intelligent transformation, and
policy influence. CEO Jessy Maruti attended the programme, which was designed
to equip participants with skills to drive sustainable impact across the ICT
sector.

During
the graduation ceremony, ICT Authority Chairperson Hon. Lily C. Ng’ok
emphasized the importance of applying the lessons learned to enhance
collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the Authority. “As a team,
we are determined to be purpose-driven and to steer ICTA toward a more
meaningful and sustainable future,” she said.

The
programme was conducted by Strathmore University under the leadership of course
leader Kellen Kariuki, highlighting the collaboration between academic
institutions and government agencies in advancing ICT leadership in Kenya.
