The UK Space Agency has
signed a historic Memorandum of Understanding with the State Space Agency of
Ukraine, marking the first formal agency-to-agency agreement between the two
organizations.
The signing took place at
the Embassy of Ukraine in London, with UK Space Agency CEO Dr. Paul Bate and
Ukrainian Ambassador General Valerii Zaluzhnyi in attendance.
The agreement establishes a
framework for civil and commercial space cooperation, encouraging collaboration
between UK and Ukrainian space organizations. It aims to facilitate the
exchange of information, expertise, and joint activities in areas of mutual
interest, supporting the ambitions outlined in the UK-Ukraine 100 Year
Partnership.
