The
Communications Regulatory Authority of Namibia (CRAN) has engaged the Namibia
Investment Promotion and Development Board (NIPDB) in a benchmarking session
aimed at strengthening institutional communication and improving public
engagement.
The
session brought together communications teams from both institutions to
exchange best practices on how to effectively communicate their respective
mandates and enhance service delivery to the Namibian public.
According
to CRAN, the engagement focused on improving clarity, consistency, and impact
in public communication, with both institutions sharing approaches to
stakeholder engagement and information dissemination.
CRAN
expressed appreciation to NIPDB for the collaboration and warm reception,
noting that such exchanges contribute to stronger institutional cooperation and
more effective communication with citizens.
