The Institute of
Sustainability Professionals Ghana (ISPG) has inducted 24 new sustainability
professionals as part of efforts to strengthen the sustainability and
environmental, social and governance (ESG) profession in Ghana.
The induction ceremony,
marks the fourth induction organised by ISPG and expands its growing community
of practitioners committed to advancing sustainability and ESG excellence
across the country.
The institute said the new
members bring diverse industry experience and expertise, alongside a shared
commitment to promoting responsible business practices and sustainable
development.
The fourth induction
represents another milestone in ISPG’s efforts to strengthen the sustainability
profession while creating a platform for knowledge sharing, collaboration and
professional development among practitioners.
ISPG noted that
sustainability is increasingly influencing decision-making across organisations
and sectors, making the role of competent and ethical sustainability
professionals increasingly important.
The institute said the
induction provides an opportunity for the newly admitted professionals to
contribute their knowledge and experience to the broader sustainability
community while supporting efforts to build a more resilient and sustainable
future for Ghana.
ISPG congratulated the 24
newly inducted members and encouraged them to actively contribute to the
growing professional community and the advancement of sustainability practices
in Ghana.
