MTN MoMo Uganda and NCBA
Uganda have held discussions on strengthening collaboration to expand access to
financial services and improve customer experience across Uganda.
The discussions took place
during a courtesy visit by an NCBA Uganda delegation led by Chief Executive
Officer Mark Muyobo to MTN MoMo Uganda’s leadership team, headed by Managing
Director Phrase Lubega.
According to MTN MoMo
Uganda, the meeting provided an opportunity for the two organisations to
reflect on the role of collaboration in expanding access to financial services
and improving the experience of the customers they serve.
The organisations also
exchanged perspectives on how they could continue working together to unlock
greater value for individuals, families and businesses across Uganda.
“As organisations committed
to driving inclusion and creating meaningful impact, we exchanged perspectives
on how we can continue working together to unlock greater value for
individuals, families, and businesses across Uganda,” MTN MoMo Uganda said.
The company thanked NCBA
Uganda for the visit and expressed its commitment to building on their
longstanding relationship as both organisations continue advancing financial
inclusion across the country.
