Olugbenga Agboola, the visionary founder and
CEO of Flutterwave, has been appointed as the new Vice Chair of the U.S.
Chamber of Commerce's U.S.-Africa Business Center Board of Directors. The
announcement, made at the prestigious U.S.-Nigeria Executive Dialogue in New
York City, received high praise and endorsement from Nigerian President Bola
Tinubu and industry leaders.
The U.S.-Africa Business Center, in
partnership with board chair company PepsiCo, lauded Flutterwave's leadership
in driving Africa's digital economy forward. Agboola, in response to his
appointment, expressed gratitude and emphasized the alignment of this role with
Flutterwave's mission to connect Africa to the global economy.
