MTN South Sudan meets with National Communications Authority to boost digital progress

MTN South Sudan CEO, Monzer Ali has led a delegation to meet with NCA Director General Napoleon Adok Gai in his office at the National Communications Authority (NCA) headquarters in Juba.

The meeting aimed to discuss matters of mutual interest in the communications industry and explore ways to accelerate South Sudan's digital progress.

Joining Mr. Ali were senior MTN executives, including General Manager Commercial and Operations (SEA-VP office) Jerry J. Soko, Business Manager SEA-VP office Letsile Mahlangu, CFO John Ayesu, and Head of Legal Moses Mayor.

The meeting provided a platform for both parties to engage in constructive dialogue, sharing insights and expertise to drive the growth of the communications sector in South Sudan. The discussion centred on key areas, including strategies to enhance digital inclusion, improve network infrastructure, and promote innovative services.

The meeting's outcome is expected to yield fruitful initiatives, further solidifying the partnership between MTN South Sudan and the NCA. As the country continues its digital journey, such collaborative efforts will play a vital role in shaping its future and unlocking the full potential of its communications industry.
