Vodacom
Tanzania Foundation has launched the Building Brains Tour, an initiative
supported by Ubongo Learning, to bring innovative and engaging educational
experiences to children in the Mara and Arusha regions. The tour, which runs
from July 15 to August 18, 2024, aims to leverage technology and creativity to
enhance education.
The
launch event in Dar es Salaam was attended by guests, including Hon. Hamis
Mwinjuma, Deputy Minister of Culture, Arts, and Sports, Michael Baruti,
Creative Director of Ubongo, and Iman Lipumba Lupumba, Director of
Communications and Development at Ubongo.
The Foundation
Manager at Vodacom Tanzania Foundation, Sandra Oswald noted the organization's
commitment to enriching the learning experiences of children and making a
lasting impact on their futures.
By
combining their expertise and resources, Vodacom Tanzania Foundation and Ubongo
Learning are set to make a significant impact on the education sector in
Tanzania. The initiative is expected to inspire and engage children in the Mara
and Arusha regions, fostering a love for learning and setting them up for
