The
State Department of ICT and Digital Economy, led by Principal Secretary Eng.
John Kipchumba Tanui, joined INUA AI to celebrate its 5-year anniversary. The
occasion marked a significant milestone in the company's journey, which has
been characterized by remarkable contributions to Kenya’s digital economy.
In
his remarks, Eng. Tanui reiterated the government's commitment to accelerating
the growth of ITES (Information Technology Enabled Services). He highlighted
Kenya's vision to leverage its talent and resources to compete globally,
enhance the economy, and create jobs for young people in the sector.
He commended
INUA AI for not only its outstanding achievements over the past five years,
particularly in professional digital media services, cyber security, digital
innovations, and customer engagement services but also it's plan to partner
with programs such as Jitume ICT hubs to expand across the country, reinforcing
the government's efforts to foster growth and innovation in Kenya's digital
jobs creation plan.
The
celebrations were attended by INUA AI CEO Humphrey Muchuma, as well as the
company's partners, including Mr. Toby Bloom, Director of Business Strategy,
Next Door Photos (NDP); Mr. Troy Hayes, Local Owner, FrontRange; and Mr. Dave
Doll, Local Owner, Space Coast, Orlando & JAX. The event was held at the
Inua AI Hub, Almary Business Park, Kasarani, Nairobi.
