MTN
South Africa has kicked off its annual Career and Wellbeing Week, an
initiative designed to equip employees with the skills and knowledge necessary
to excel in their careers while prioritizing their wellbeing.
The
week-long program commenced with an inspiring welcome address by Chief Human
Resources Officer, Tebogo Maenetja, who noted the importance of investing in
personal and professional growth. The focus is not only on learning but also on
self-care and wellbeing.
The
first day featured an insightful session on Financial Fitness for Women by Dr.
Frank Magwegwe providing valuable tools for financial empowerment.
Additionally, employees were introduced to CAISY™, a Learning & Development
Coaching Bot, presented by Winston Nolan. This innovative AI conversation
simulator offers a safe space to practice important business conversations and
receive real-time, personalized feedback.
To
promote physical wellbeing, Virgin Active South Africa trainers led an exercise
class, reminding everyone to stay active and healthy.
