Cassava
Technologies, a leading technology systems integrator in developing markets,
has announced the launch of Cassava AI, a separate business unit dedicated to
artificial intelligence solutions. This move follows the company's strategic
partnerships with industry giants such as Microsoft, Google, and AWS, among
others.
Cassava
AI will leverage these partnerships to offer superior systems integration and
support to enterprise customers across strategic international markets. The
company has already trained and deployed over 200 staff members to empower
customers to adopt and use generative AI services from leading vendors.
Headquartered
in London, Cassava AI will operate in over 40 markets across Africa, the Middle
East, and Latin America, where Cassava Technologies has an existing presence.
Ahmed El Beheiry, a seasoned technology and telecoms executive, will lead the
new business unit.
This
development marks a significant milestone in Cassava Technologies' growth
strategy, as it expands its offerings beyond data centers, cloud, cyber
security, fiber connectivity, and renewable energy. With Cassava AI, the
company is well-positioned to capitalize on the growing demand for AI solutions
in developing markets.
