Kenya’s Principal Secretary of the State Department of ICT and Digital
Economy, Eng. John Kipchumba Tanui, took to LinkedIn to congratulate Dr.
Margaret Nyambura Ndung'u on her appointment as Cabinet Secretary for the
Ministry of Information, Communications, and the Digital Economy.

Margaret Nyambura Ndung'u, a renowned international digital policy and
innovation expert was sworn in today by President William Ruto as the new Cabinet
Secretary for Kenya's Ministry of Information, Communications, and Digital
Economy at State House Nairobi together with other new Cabinet Secretaries.
With
over 25 years of experience in digital development, Dr. Ndung'u brings
unparalleled expertise to her new role. Her accomplishments include authoring
Kenya's national digital master plan and serving as a senior regulatory and
governance expert at the Policy and Regulation Initiative for Digital Africa
(PRIDA).
