inDrive, the global mobility and urban services platform, concluded
its doXgetY initiative with a grand finale aimed at improving the well-being
and earnings of drivers. The initiative, which included fuel vouchers,
concluded in rewarding top-performing drivers with brand-new Suzuki cars,
recognizing their hard work and dedication.
The doXgetY initiative was introduced
in response to the financial challenges faced by inDrive drivers in the
country. The initiative aimed to ease the economic burden on high-performing
drivers by offering fuel vouchers and other incentives to help mitigate
operational costs in these difficult times.
During the campaign period, all drivers registered on the inDrive
platform who completed the required number of trips were eligible for rewards.
Every two weeks, top performers were selected to receive prizes, motivating
them to continue their hard work and dedication.
At the grand finale, the three most exceptional drivers were
awarded new Suzuki cars.
“All our initiatives aim to make life better for the communities
where we’re active,” says Vincent
Lilane, Business Development Manager at inDrive South Africa. “This is a
case in point: we know that many drivers have been struggling with the cost of
fuel, inflation and other economic challenges, so this is one way we can help.”
"InDrive offers a unique approach where the cost of a fare is
directly negotiated between the driver and passenger, without the platform
setting the price. We also strive to keep our commission rates as low as
possible. Our doXgetY campaigns are designed to enhance this model, further
empowering drivers to benefit from our platform."
