MTN South Sudan celebrates Global Appreciation Week in style

MTN South Sudan
has joined the global MTN family in celebrating the annual Global Appreciation
Week, a vibrant expression of gratitude and camaraderie among employees. The
week-long festivities provided a platform for staff to share successes, inspire
one another, and celebrate collective achievements.
The celebration
kicked off with "Leading with Agility & Care Together" sessions
on Days 2 and 3, featuring renowned guest speakers Dr. Niel Rall and Edgar
Kasenene, who shared valuable insights and sparked meaningful discussions. MTN
employees were recognized for their outstanding contributions, and
team-building activities and games fostered a sense of unity.
In a
heartwarming display of servant leadership, MTN South Sudan's leaders, led by
CEO Monzer A. Ali, served staff lunch and dined together on Day 4, and during a
speech he noted that Global Appreciation Week is a celebration of collective
efforts and dedication, and it is essential to recognize and value each other's
contributions.
The week-long
celebration was filled with inspiring stories of employee excellence,
recognition and rewards for outstanding performance, and motivational sessions
with industry experts.
