Africa Pan-African HealthTech Startup Accelerator Programme has officially
launched its application process, inviting innovative healthcare startups from
across the continent to revolutionize the industry.
UNDP Ghana
announced the programme's opening, calling on entrepreneurs and startups to
seize this opportunity to transform healthcare in Africa. The accelerator
programme aims to identify, support, and scale cutting-edge health
technologies, tackling pressing healthcare challenges.
The programme
offers a unique platform for startups to enhance healthcare access and quality,
leverage technology for disease prevention and management, and foster
collaboration and knowledge sharing. Successful applicants will benefit from
mentorship from industry experts, access to funding and investment, networking
opportunities with global health stakeholders, and technical assistance and
training.
The programme
prioritizes health tech startups with innovative solutions, particularly those
with a pan-African focus, women-led initiatives, and local startups. This
initiative strives to shape the future of African healthcare by empowering
