MTN Group CEO and delegation embark on strategic visit to Cameroon

MTN Cameroon has hosted a delegation from MTN Group, led by the Group’s President and CEO, Ralph Mupita. Accompanying him are key members of the MTN Group leadership, including Senior Vice President Markets Ebenezer Twum Asante, CEO Group Fintech Serigne Dioum, Group Chief Commercial Officer Selorm Adadevoh, and Group Chief of Staff Mohammed Varachia. The delegation arrived in Cameroon on December 10, 2024, via Yaoundé Nsimalen International Airport, where they were warmly welcomed by the MTN Cameroon leadership team, led by CEO Mitwa Kaemba Ng'ambi.
This
visit stress MTN Group’s commitment to strengthening its operations and
partnerships in Cameroon, a key market for the telecom giant. The delegation's
agenda includes high-level strategic meetings with administrative authorities
to explore avenues for further collaboration and to align with the nation’s
development goals.
Moreover,
the delegation will connect directly with MTN Cameroon’s dedicated employees,
recognizing their invaluable contributions to the company’s success. These
engagements aim to inspire, align, and reinforce MTN’s mission of delivering
world-class telecom services and driving financial inclusion through innovative
solutions.
This
