MTN Côte d’Ivoire reaffirms commitment to quality service and data protection in meeting with ARTCI

CEO of MTN Côte d’Ivoire (MTN CI), Mitwa Kaemba Ng’ambi has engaged with Mr. Lakoun Ouattara, Director General of the Telecommunications/ICT Regulatory Authority of Côte d’Ivoire (ARTCI). The discussions centered on MTN CI’s commitment to meeting regulatory expectations, particularly in improving service quality and ensuring the protection of personal data. 

During the discussion, Mitwa Kaemba Ng’ambi reiterated MTN Côte d’Ivoire’s unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality services to its customers. “We are fully committed to doing everything possible to comply with the expectations and requirements of the ARTCI,” she stated. “This includes prioritizing the improvement of service quality and ensuring the protection of our customers’ personal data.” 

The commitment to service quality is a cornerstone of MTN CI’s operations, as the company continues to invest in network infrastructure and innovative solutions to enhance customer experience. The meeting with ARTCI provided an opportunity to discuss ongoing efforts and future plans to meet and exceed regulatory standards. 

CEO Ng’ambi highlighted MTN CI’s proactive measures to ensure compliance with data protection regulations. “We understand the importance of data security in today’s digital landscape,” she said. “MTN CI is committed to implementing robust measures to protect our customers’ personal information and uphold their privacy.”
