MTN Benin’s headquarters hosted a leadership
engagement session on Friday, February 20, as the company’s Managing Director,
Uche Ofodile, and the management team welcomed Dr. Karl Olutokun Toriola for
her first official meeting with staff following her appointment as Vice
President for Francophone Markets.

The visit centered on direct interaction with
employees, with Dr. Toriola prioritizing an open exchange with teams ahead of
formal strategic discussions. Addressing staff, she acknowledged the operating
challenges facing the telecommunications sector and emphasized the importance
of collective effort in navigating an increasingly competitive market
environment.
Company officials indicated that the
engagement was aimed at reinforcing alignment, strengthening internal
confidence, and sustaining momentum across the organization. The meeting formed
