Airtel,
in partnership with government and industry leaders, has launched the AI &
Cyber Threat Research Center – India, a multi-stakeholder initiative aimed at
strengthening the country’s cyber resilience and accelerating trusted AI
adoption.
The
launch was attended by Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, Bharti Enterprises
Founder Sunil Bharti Mittal, and Zscaler CEO Jay Chaudhry.
The
center, designed “In India, For India,” will focus on advancing research in
artificial intelligence and cybersecurity while building a future-ready talent
pipeline. The initiative is intended to support India’s broader vision of
digital self-reliance and contribute to a secure, technologically advanced
national ecosystem.
