MTN Benin has continued its
customer engagement initiative with senior executives visiting local
entrepreneurs to better understand their connectivity needs and improve service
delivery.
The visit formed part of
ongoing outreach activities led by the company’s leadership aimed at
strengthening relationships with customers and aligning telecommunications
solutions with the operational realities of businesses across the country.

During the engagement, the
Technical Director of MTN Benin, Titi Fakuade, and the Business Director, Chary
Doumbia, met with two entrepreneurs operating in different sectors of the
economy. The executives visited Moussiliou Bawa, who operates in the
import-export sector, and Salimatou Minakode, a businesswoman involved in fish
trading.
The meetings provided an
opportunity for the MTN team to gain deeper insight into the entrepreneurs’
business operations and discuss their specific connectivity and
telecommunications requirements. The discussions also explored ways to optimise
the use of MTN Benin’s digital and telecom services to support business growth.

According to the company,
the initiative reflects its strategy of placing customers at the centre of its
operations while deploying technical and commercial expertise to deliver
reliable and innovative solutions tailored to the needs of different sectors.
MTN Benin noted that
maintaining close engagement with customers remains a key pillar of its
strategy as it seeks to support the growth and success of businesses through
improved connectivity and digital services.
