The
Rwanda Information Society Authority (RISA)
has welcomed students from Hope Haven Christian School for a study visit
designed to deepen their understanding of ICT governance and Rwanda’s digital
transformation initiatives.

During the visit, students engaged with multiple RISA
divisions, including the Technology Innovation Division, Software Solutions
Division, Digital Cluster Coordination & Community Development Division,
and the Infrastructure Operations and Support Division. They received briefings
on key national programs such as the Single Digital ID (SDID), the Digital
Ambassadors Program (DAP), and the Network Modernization Project, which are
strengthening Rwanda’s digital public infrastructure.

The study
visit concluded with a guided tour of the National
Data Center and the Network Operations
Center (NOC), providing students with practical insight into how
national digital systems are monitored and maintained.
