My #MWC23 is over. Lots of interest and demand for Nokia#5G and #4G #RAN, #MWR and Services. My all-time high with 69 meetings with customers, investors, and media in four days. Lots of happy happy happy customers praising our technology leadership and competitiveness.
Nokia #rebranding stole the whole #MWC23 show. Besides the rebranding that
positions us properly as a B2B company, Mobile Networks launched and demoed
many new products, services and solutions, such as Habrok Massive MIMO radios,
anyRAN - the most versatile Cloud RAN solution in the industry, multiband
Massive MIMO, All-in-One cabinets, Zero Footprint sites, AI for rigger health
and safety, #4G/#5G Smart Node femtos, Wavence microwave
links, 5CCA, CA in Uplink, RedCap and wearables, Cognitive SON, Deep Sleep,
Automatic Site Design, etc.
Feedback from customers: With Habrok and Osprey radios, we are on par or ahead
of our relevant competition. With Fremantle and Chinook baseband we are ahead.
With anyRAN we are ahead in Cloud RAN. We lead in 5G downlink speeds, we are on
par in 5G uplink, and we are ahead in 5G coverage. We are ahead in key feature
areas like Carrier Aggregation (CA) and VoNR. We are ahead in AI/ML for energy
efficiency.
This is a good foundation for us to strengthen our technology leadership for
benefit of our customers and their customers, grow faster than the market,
continue taking market share, all while improving profitability. Feedback from
customers at MWC was also that our competitors are nervous about us. That’s
great. They should be. Big thank you to the best MWC2023 crew. We could kick
the ball to the net from the goal line. Over and out.
