Intelligent Technologies Tanzania has reaffirmed its commitment to advancing
gender equality and empowering women within its workforce as part of activities
marking International Women’s Day.
The
company’s Chief Executive Officer, Manish Govindji, led the signing of a pledge
board in a symbolic gesture aimed at reinforcing the organization’s dedication
to investing in women and promoting equitable opportunities across all levels
of the company.
The
pledge ceremony highlighted the company’s ongoing efforts to foster an
inclusive workplace where women are empowered, supported, and provided with
opportunities to grow professionally while also uplifting others within their
communities.
According
to the company, the pledge represents more than a symbolic act, serving as a
firm commitment to continue building a workplace culture that encourages gender
