Yas Tanzania has reaffirmed
its commitment to youth development and talent growth through an engagement
session between its Chief Executive Officer, Pierre Canton-Bacara, and members
of the company’s Graduate Program Cohort 3.
The session brought together
the newest graduate trainees for an open discussion focused on professional
growth, ambition and future career development within the organisation.

According to the company,
the engagement provided an opportunity for the trainees to share their
expectations, career aspirations and perspectives as they begin their journey
with Yas Tanzania.
The interaction also
reflected the organisation’s workplace culture, which emphasizes listening to
young professionals and supporting their development as part of its broader
talent strategy.
Yas Tanzania stated that its
Graduate Program is designed to invest in emerging professionals as a long-term
strategy for building future leadership and driving innovation within the
organisation and the wider industry.

Since its launch, the
programme has admitted three cohorts, including 31 trainees in Cohort 1, 27 in
Cohort 2 and 32 in Cohort 3, bringing the total number of participants to 90
young professionals.
The company welcomed the
latest cohort, expressing confidence in their potential contributions to
innovation, leadership and organisational growth in the coming years.
