The Agence Nationale du
Service Universel des Télécommunications-TIC (ANSUT) has held three days of
working sessions to develop its 2027 project portfolio, with managers focusing
on building a coherent, realistic and results-oriented programme.
The sessions, brought
together ANSUT managers for in-depth discussions aimed at aligning perspectives
and strengthening coordination across the organisation’s different areas of
expertise.
The collective approach
provided an opportunity for managers to assess priorities, improve coordination
and develop a common framework for the projects planned for 2027.
ANSUT said the working
sessions were intended to ensure that the resulting project portfolio is
coherent and realistic while remaining focused on measurable results and the
needs of the population.
Following the workshop, the
agreed orientations will undergo the necessary consolidation and validation
processes before being progressively translated into concrete actions.
The agency said the approach
is expected to strengthen the implementation of its projects and contribute to
the delivery of initiatives that benefit communities.
