Vodacom Congo has marked
Customer Service Week with outreach activities aimed at strengthening
relationships with customers through direct engagement, listening and feedback.
The telecommunications
company said its teams visited customers in its shops and in the field, taking
time to listen, exchange views, understand their needs and share experiences.
Under the message,
“Proximity is not declared. It is lived,” Vodacom Congo emphasised the
importance of building customer relationships through consistent engagement and
attention to individual needs.
“Because behind every
customer, there is a story, an expectation, a dream, an ambition,” the company
said, adding that its commitments were underpinned by a promise “to be present,
to listen and to always do better.”
Vodacom Congo said customer
relations extended beyond the delivery of a service and were built daily
through the quality of interactions, attention to customer needs and efforts to
earn their trust.
Although Customer Service
Week provides a special opportunity to celebrate customers, the company
stressed that its commitment to them continues throughout the year.
“With an open heart, let's
always do more for our customers,” Vodacom Congo said.
