Côte d’Ivoire’s Minister of Digital Transition and Technological Innovation, Djibril Ouattara, has met a delegation from Internet Society Côte d’Ivoire (ISOC CI) to discuss collaboration on digital inclusion, cybersecurity, skills development and access to digital public services.

Minister Ouattara received the delegation led by ISOC CI President Cynthia Laurette Fofana-Apia.

Discussions focused on opportunities for cooperation between the ministry and the organisation on strategic priorities aimed at advancing the country’s digital transformation.

During the meeting, Ouattara praised the volunteer commitment of ISOC CI members and reaffirmed the importance of continuing efforts to bridge the digital divide and promote more equitable, secure and inclusive access to digital services.

The engagement forms part of Côte d’Ivoire’s broader digital transformation efforts, with a focus on ensuring that technological development serves citizens and supports national development.
