Gabon’s National Agency for
Digital Infrastructure and Frequencies (ANINF) has supported members of the
National Assembly in adopting digital tools for legislative work through
training on the Legislative Work Management Platform (GTLAN).
The training followed the
official launch of the process to digitise legislative work on October 19,
2026, by the Speaker of the National Assembly, Michel Régis ONANGA M.NDIAYE.
The launch was marked by the symbolic presentation of digital tablets to members
of parliament.
The initiative aligns with
the vision of President of the Republic and Head of State and Government, Brice
Clotaire Oligui Nguema, who places digital transformation at the heart of the
modernisation of the state.
ANINF’s experts, under the
leadership of its Director General, Alberto Mounguengui Moudoki, provided
practical support to parliamentarians. The training concluded on October 20,
2026, and was structured around three stages: accessing the platform, using its
functionalities in legislative work, and strengthening collaboration through
real-time amendments to legislative documents.
The platform is designed to
support legislative activities, including the examination of texts in committee
and government hearings, while enabling members to collaborate on documents in
real time.
According to ANINF, the
practical support aims to facilitate the adoption of GTLAN and make digital
technology a lever for efficiency, collaboration and the modernisation of
institutions.
